Dear Beloveds,

It is a great time on your planet as the light comes in to shine in each of your hearts. You will find your lives change in ways you could not imagine. That which has plagued you emotionally will drop away. You will find clarity for long held decisions, dreams, and projects.

We ask you to be mindful of your thoughts as this is a grand time of creation. Think about what you want. Hold these dreams present in your mind and let the negative chatter fall away. We ask that you find a fresh aliveness in your world and live from there. We know there has been much change and pain on Mother Gaia recently and yet hasn’t it opened the many hearts with compassion for those who have been affected?? And are necessary changes not happening? We ask that you hold all is in divine order and know you are progressing towards greater love.

In this time of hearts opening you might find old issues that weren’t resolved coming up to be completed. You might find relationships change, locales change, new work arrives. That which has been on hold is rapidly approaching. It is a time to trust and hold an open plate. It is a time to believe in your own instincts and intuition.

Ascension of Mother Earth is an opening into another dimension of living. It is moving into life as a human, with the light guiding you. Truly we have not known how it would unfold, We feel a great faith in you and trust your journey of becoming higher vibrational beings. Earth as you know it, is changing.

Dear Beloveds,

As the natural world wakes up, so will you. You will awaken to more love in your heart, more acceptance of change and a willingness to release that which no longer serves you. It is possible you will find long held judgments, opinions, needs and desires falling away. If you defined yourself thru certain activities, people, and expectations; these too, may no longer apply. You will find simpler desires arising. You will find peace and joy presencing themselves in a way previously unknown.

We expect the world to change and yet how does it change except thru each individual. By arriving at what truly matters for YOU, and living that, the world will change. We hear people choosing to stay young, to dance, to live, and to be be alive in a way that is joyful. We see people letting go of what was once so important and now has become a burden. We listen to you laughing and playing and finding new ways of joining together in the world. And from this side we know the world is becoming a more beautiful place, a place of the heart.

Our words are stay present!!! Keep being in each moment and see what is true now. Keep opening your soul to new possibilities. Nothing is impossible. We are holding the light for you. If you feel darkness in some area of your life, ask us to shine the light there. If you feel you are in an impossible situation, ask for us to help. We can only help if you ask!!

Know the doors of heaven stand open for you. You are in a time when dreams are coming true, where you can be what you want, where only you knows what is best for you. Live, breathe, and be that which you choose. Know you are loved!!

Dear Beloveds,

We are in the midst of changing times. Your sun is experiencing solar flares while your earth is shifting her crust. For many of you, you find yourselves swinging from great contentment and motivation to a feeling of anxiety and then malaise. We ask you to be present for yourselves moment by moment. Never before have the extremes swung so wide. You will find you must balance these energies with rest, quiet, and a removal from overwhelm.

We encourage you to truly note what serves you “at the moment.” What might have worked yesterday may be obsolete today. If you find yourself irritable with others, take time to fill your energetic field with the healing vibration of blue. This will calm and ground you. You will find you must soothe yourself. If you must work in an environment that feels abrasive, fill it with an energetic blanket of blue.

Take time to daydream. Do not fill each moment. Allow for an unwinding of energies from your field. Indeed you are clearing the past of your planet and preparing a way for the unknown. Planning will be difficult. Instead you will find yourself moving into a more fluid way of being. Creation will happen quickly, so be conscious of your thoughts.

Be clear you do not know who you are!! You are far greater than you can imagine. Know that you have the power and aliveness to step into life with an awareness of how to move thru change, challenges, and the unknown. If you listen deep within, you will be guided on your path. As we leave the familiar you will feel a quickening in your soul.

Take heart, dear ones, you are donning the wings of change!! Fly … fly into the new world and be the light that shines from within …

Dear Ones,

As you stand in the midst of ascension, you might notice that your world looks different to you. What truly matters is of the heart. You have some assurance that your physical needs will be met and yet what of the soul of your heart?? Look around and ask “Does this life feed my heart?” That is the most important question of the era.

Standing in quiet peace, you can look from a distance. Does your work serve humanity?? Do you have meaningful relationships with family, friends, co-workers, and community? Do you spend your days in joy, as you complete your tasks? We ask you to contemplate these questions in this month of “Love.”

We offer that many times a shift in attitude will change your world and your life. By coming from gratitude, even when there is difficulty, whole pieces of reality alter easily and without effort. Be in inquiry and graciousness about your life, and from that place, we can offer suggestions of new actions. We are here to serve you and yet if your mind is closed, you will not hear us.

You might try loving yourself in the midst of turmoil, or self-judgment. Try finding compassion for those who may trespass against you and your world. Know that as you watch your brethren make what you would consider bad choices, they are in their process of growth and lessons. Only on the journeys they have chosen could they learn great truths that now bring their lives to a place of peace and love.

Life is not what it appears. Truly it is a great place of learning, magic, and growth. Surrender to the process, dear ones. Hold yourselves as you would a precious child. Know you are on a path of love … for yourself and the world.

Dear Ones,

Life is a miracle if you allow it to be!!! Each day, flowers bloom, stars shine, and children are born. Is this not the embodiment of the divine in form?? We ask you to step back from your daily life and look with the eyes of the innocent at that which is precious and alive. By doing so you will be able to see clearly the essence of Spirit embodied in the physical.

The magic of life is everywhere and yet caught in 3D form it is easy to believe your world is all that exists … we ask you to look beyond. We ask you to stand in the presence of Spirit … to see Spirit everywhere, to know that indeed, spirituality is truly the practice of holding life as a journey of seeing beyond this physical plane.

Have you noticed that people have many different experiences of Life?? Have you wondered why this is? Of course there are many dimensions to that answer and yet one is intentionality. It is the desire to exist in a larger context than the physical plane as you see it. We ask you to choose this as a practice. Look beyond coincidences and happenstance. As events happen, look to see if there is a lesson or a gift for you. The channel here had a dog come barreling down at her as she was running, thinking this really wasn’t good for her body. Was the dog there to embody her thought?? To stop this practice that was harmful for her physical form?

There is much to learn from the marriage of Spirit and form … indeed that is what all life is on your planet. And the real mystery of life is standing in that place of listening to how Spirit is teaching through form. Yes, dear ones, this is the very special opportunity of being human. We leave you with this challenge … look beyond the ordinary … see us working in your everyday, normal lives. Know that we are bringing gifts of knowledge, lessons, and encouragement.

Dear Ones,

We wish you to consider the nature of love. In your culture you extol romantic love above all other forms of love. And yet we offer to you love as a “water” of the Universe. Thus it is essential to the well being of all. Do you not water your plants regularly in order for them to grow?? Have you noticed that when you extend this care to others that indeed they do open and flower?

It is by standing “in love” for all, that you encourage the Universe to work thru you, for truly the Universe is powered by this devotion. Standing in this essence softens your eyes to all you see. It brings about an ability to accept the human fallacies with kindness from your heart. If we know that all humans incarnate to learn lessons, such that they may mature in their wisdom and spiritual selves, can we not love all beings? Indeed, we do not always care for their creations but the actions all come from a need to develop.

We ask you to experiment with extending from your heart. Instead of viewing your fellow beings from your mind, look from your heart. Where you are apt to judge, step into softness. Know you will find a deeper wellness within yourselves by coming from love. Indeed, as you “water” others, you “water” yourselves. It is in this way that deep healing visits planet Earth.

From the healing waters of your Mother Planet, to the hidden galaxies of the sky, love is the currency that travels the cosmos. We ask you to be of this currency … spend it everywhere!!

Dear Ones,

What a great pleasure it is to greet you in this New Year. For many of you, you now feel a joy and aliveness that was missing last month and possibly last year. Your spirits are renewed, the old is dropping away and the fresh horizon is calling you forward to create your dreams in ways not previously available. We commend you on your fortitude in dealing with the close of last year.

We ask you to remember your inner child … to speak kindly and with love to him or her in the coming weeks. She is the one who holds your sacred heart precious and keeps your dreams alive. The light aliveness of innocence, play and possibility are held within your inner child. By attending to her needs you bring back that freshness you had as a child. You allow parts of yourself shut away by adulthood and the needs of a daily life to re-kindle. We encourage you to play, dance, be in nature and drink in the delight of life. Be the aliveness you wish to experience in your world!!

We wish you to extend good will to all. Bless your neighbors and those you find difficult in your life. Know they bring an opportunity to extend further into love. Give thanks for everything in your life … both the blessings and the challenges. Know that life is a miracle and only you can bring the magic of you to your brothers and sisters.

Dear Ones,

As your year comes to an end we want you to take the time to salute yourself for all your personal growth this year and for the good you have done in the world. Make an inventory … what qualities in yourself did you develop … kindness, compassion, self-love, the ability to listen to others?? Look to see who’s lives you made a difference in.

Many people will choose to make New Year’s goals and in the past these have been about what you accomplish in the world, how much money you make, and intentions around your body or diet. We ask you to look within and make inner goals. How would you like to feel in this next year?? Would you like to have more inner peace, feel an ongoing sense of joy, or have greater access to your higher wisdom?? Are you after more playfulness, more creativity, the ability to have compassion for yourself and your humanness?? Take some time to look at what qualities and feeling tones you would like to grow this year, for yourself and as in relation to others.

We ask you to consider relationships with family, friends, co-workers, and community. How do you want to feel?? What do you want to bring as an offering … patience, time, the capacity to listen? And how will you create a place from within to bring these gifts?? Do you need to take time to pray, meditate, be in nature, move your body?

We know you will make goals for your outer world, but please address these interior states as well. If you choose to heal long standing inner issues, ask for our help. We can bring balm to your soul. You are standing in the light of the Universe. You are bathed in the light of our love.

Dear Ones,

As we stand on the precipice of the winter solstice you will find that your world looks different. It has become a place that now reflects your inner peace, your prayers, and your growth. That which has been troublesome has been accepted and you stand in quiet surrender to all that is. We commend you for your work.

The world is a place of great beauty and also pain for those in the midst of their lessons. Often you wish to save people from the pain and yet that is the way each of you grow. Going thru these experiences you deem “difficult” allows a person to re-evaluate what they have held as so and to change their point of view or what they value. Thus, it is a place of greater wisdom to observe your brethren and know they are right where they need to be. Of course sending love and compassion helps ease the way.

As the light returns to your planet you will each find you have dropped many beliefs that have hindered your movement. You will find that indeed, your paths begin to open, change will abound, and that which seemed unsolvable will pop open. The world will look and feel different to you. You will find yourself in greater peace and openness. We ask that you stand in stillness as often as possible for the remainder of this year. Find moments to savor all your hold as “holy.” Give thanks for those you love, for the planet, and for the beauty that is you. Know that we are here guiding you. And you are perfect as you are.

For those that have recently had illnesses … you are clearing the past, letting go of cellular memory. Do not judge your illness. Let it pass thru easily and quickly, surrender to the process … Know you are releasing that which no longer serves you. If this feels difficult, call us forth and ask our assistance. Know you are well, deep inside, wellness is growing and growing …

Dear Ones,

On this most blessed day when your country gives thanks, we from the other side of the veil wish to thank you!!! It is a grand experience you are living!!! We thank you for volunteering to be on the planet at this time. From our side we knew Mother Earth would be ascending, and we knew you, too would be ascending, but as to how it would look, even we did not know!!! You are doing beautifully.

Ascension is the process of moving into a heart driven planet, culture, and selfhood. Now you can imagine changing your life so all your decisions actually came from a place of love inside, but it is a larger process for your governments and world organizations. Thus there is much change that is happening on many levels inside and out for each of you. For many, you find yourselves lost … what was a passion has lost its verve. That which motivated you no longer draws you forth. And so you stand on the cusp of finding what and how and where these new longings will take you.

We ask you to surround your planet in pink light, the color for love. We ask you to bring sweetness to yourselves daily. We ask that you stand in gratitude and awe for the change that is transpiring all around you. And we suggest that you find the blessings in the changes that come seemingly “from the outside.” For those who have less work, is there now time to look deeply within?? Are your needs being met?? And are you recreating yourself in a way that feels authentic and heart driven?? We ask that you give thanks for these changes and look to the bright side of these new creations.

We on this side, send our love to you daily … we are here to help and assist. Call us forward, we cannot help unless you ask. Pray for the highest outcome for all. Pray for light to fill each soul. And know that you are loved and known
