grew up in Texas thinking I belonged somewhere else. Finding mountains at the age of sixteen changed my life … there was an alive, green, spaciousness that returned me to my Self. I was always an intuitive and have early memories of inner sight. As a young adult, I lived on land and studied the effects of color, light, and sound on the body. These years were peppered with viewing my past lives and making peace with this life. Coming to clarity that healing was my path, I settled on acupuncture as a profession and began my studies. Graduating from The American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1983, I went on to study with a number of renowned acupuncturists, over the next ten years. And yet ... I was continually pulled to helping people clear past lives, to seeing their spirit guides and to using muscle testing. fter having a practice in California for eight years and in Sun Valley, Idaho for another eight, I settled in Prescott, Arizona where my focus on the non-physical took off. I established Tiger Moon Wellness Clinic with a collage of practitioners who worked together. During this period one of these practitioners channeled on a weekly basis and I was initiated into a deeper relationship with Spirit. I began using my ability to hear guides more specifically in my work. Concurrently I continued to study techniques that blended energy work with physical medicine. At this time I began working with clients on the phone, bringing in wisdom from the guides. Eventually, I found myself downsizing into a smaller practice where I focus more specifically on Spirit-based medicine. Messages from the guides are now blended into sessions with energy work and acupuncture. With urging from my clients and a great desire to teach, I have brought forth my Leaning Into Spirit class and more advanced classes that are taught to individuals who yearn to develop a deeper connection with Spirit and their own intuition. My mission is to help individuals and groups connect more deeply with their guides, their own inner wisdom, and their confidence to lead a Spirit driven life.
